Our checkout is structured into five distinct sections to streamline your ordering process:
Customer details
Below is the Customer details section. This section refers to you, the customer, who is the person placing the order. Please fill in each field with the information you asked for.
First, type in your email. Then, type in your full name, and finally, type in your phone number. Pittikki.com will use this email to send you updates about your order. All the information in this section is mandatory.
Beneficiary details
The beneficiary is the person to whom your order will be delivered. In this section, you will identify your beneficiary. This is what the section looks like.
Please fill in each field with the information you asked for. You'll need to enter your beneficiary information here. Beneficiary's your beneficiary's first name, your beneficiary's last name. In the following is your beneficiary's phone number.
As for the customer details section, the three fields of the Beneficiary details section are also mandatory.
Delivery details
This section is about the delivery location. We deliver exclusively in Côte d'Ivoire. These fields are automatically updated and populated based on your customer's cart and location. Please delete the automatically populated information about your beneficiaries and fill in your order delivery information.
In this field, you must provide the delivery location, which includes the country of delivery, the address, the city of delivery, the region, and the ZIP code.

Country: In the "Country" field, select the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire from the country drop-down list.

Address: In the "Address" field, type the city or neighborhood where the order will be delivered. You can choose the most accurate option among the listed suggestions.

City: Once the address field is filled, the city name will populate automatically; if not, start typing the city name and choose your desired city from the drop-down list.

Region: Type the name of the region where the delivery city is located.

Zip/postal code: In the "Zip / Postal code" field, just input five times 00000.

After completing the Delivery details section, click on "Continue" to jump to the next section, delivery method.
Delivery method
The choice of delivery method directly impacts the delivery fee, which varies by location based on a flat rate. The available options include rates for different Abidjan neighborhoods, Anyama, Bassam, and other cities.
Once you've selected your preferred delivery method, you'll be prompted to enter your payment information.
Payment
You must provide your bank card details and billing address in the payment section.
You must uncheck the "Same as delivery address" option to input your billing address. The billing address fields will pop up, already filled with the delivery details information. Delete them and then enter your billing information.
